Nemzetközi lakberendezői design pályázat - Thailand International Furniture Fair 2012

A Thailand International Furniture Fair, TIFF Award 2012 néven design pályázatot ír ki, mellyel a Thai otthonok szépsége és kifinomultsága előtt igyekeznek fejet hajtani. Náluk lelhetőek fel legszebb példái a kültéri és beltéri lakberendezés összehangolásának. Az esztétikus és a környezettudatos bútoraikat, kiegészítőiket a világ minden táján előszeretettel használják.

 A pályázatra 3 kategóriában lehet nevezni:

• Enteriőrök
• Kert, medence és terasz területek, tűzrakó-grillező és fürdő környezetek
• Resort és szállodai vendéglátás

Minden pályázat maximum 6 képből álló sorozatot tartalmazhat,mellékelve egy rövid leírást a koncepcióról, az ötleted részletesebb kifejtéséről. Elegendő kis felbontásban beküldeni első körben az anyagot.

Designboom in collaboration with DEP - Department of Export Promotion of Thailand, and organizer of the Thailand International Furniture Fair, TIFF - promote an international design competition.

TIFF Award 2012 will be celebrating the refined beauty and luxury of Thai homes and their outdoor lifestyle, the finest indoor/outdoor furniture and home decor accessories made in Thailand for the international market and unique leisure experiences in which aesthetics and environmentalism share equal space.

Entries can be submitted in 3 product categories:

• Home interiors
• Garden, pool and patio areas, fireside and barbecue areas, spa environment
• Resort and hotel hospitality

Each entry should consist of up to six low resolution images of your design and a brief description of the design, as an explanation to you idea. Hi-resolution version is only required if your work gets shortlisted.

There is no entry fee.


Eligibility

Participation is open to to applicants from every country in the world, to professionals, students, and design-enthusiasts.

Prize

The designers of 3 winning entries (one for every category) will be granted with cash prize awards of $3,500 USD each. Results will be announced in March 2012, during the 2012 Thailand International Furniture Fair (TIFF).

The jury will also select about 30 designs that will be developed as prototypes by Thai industry and craft and exhibited at TIFF 2012.
